Orders

An order is a request to purchase. We may confirm, hold, or cancel orders when stock, payment, or delivery address cannot be verified. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change until checkout is completed.

Payment

Available methods include cash on delivery (full COD in Lahore) and bank transfer. Orders outside Lahore require a 50% bank-transfer advance before dispatch, with the balance paid on delivery, unless you pay in full by bank transfer. See our shipping policy.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes 4–7 days after confirmation and dispatch, depending on city and courier routes. Provide an accurate phone number and address so the courier can reach you.

Returns

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly with photos and your order number. Details are on the returns page.
