What is the difference between a tumbler and a water bottle?+

What bottle size should I choose?+

Browse a collection or search the store, add items to your cart, then checkout with your name, phone, email, and delivery address. Choose cash on delivery or bank transfer, and apply a coupon if you have one.
Do you offer cash on delivery?+
Yes. Cash on delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders at checkout for products across the store. Have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. You may also get a confirmation call.
Can I pay by bank transfer?+
Yes. Select bank transfer at checkout to see our Meezan Bank account details. Transfer the order total and use your order number as the reference. We confirm payment before dispatch.
Is there a free shipping coupon?+

How do I clean an insulated tumbler?+
Rinse after use, wash with mild soap and a bottle brush, and dry thoroughly with the lid open. Avoid bleach and abrasive scrubbers. Full steps are in our cleaning guide.
Are tumblers dishwasher safe?+
Only if the product page says so. Hand washing is usually better for insulation seals and printed finishes. Always follow the care notes on the product.
Are coffee mugs microwave safe?+
It depends on the mug. Check the product description and care notes before microwaving—some ceramic mugs are microwave-safe and others are not.

Unused items in original packaging are easiest to process. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible after delivery with photos and your order number. Heavily used items may not be eligible. See the Returns page for full details.
